Healthymindandsoul was born from my own lived experience. From this I developed an holistic approach to health and well-being, focusing on the mind, body and soul. My goal is to help you achieve inner peace and balance, to find your energetic flow by living a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
I am Sarah Boxer, the founder of this company. I'm incredibly passionate about helping others achieve lasting wellbeing, working from the inside out.
I have been a Reiki Master and teacher for over 20 years, offering accredited courses in Reiki 1, Reiki 2 & Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki treatments and Reiki Shares. The courses are recognised nationally in the U.K. as professional qualifications. They are available for those who want to train to be a Reiki practitioner or purely for yourself to self-heal. I am also a qualified Hot Stone massage therapist, an Accredited Acu Seeds practitioner and official retailer, offering a variety of holistic treatments, workshops and Retreat Days in and around DY8 2DL, Stourbridge, West Midlands.

MY STORY
Over 20 years ago, I began a personal journey of healing and self-growth while navigating some of life’s challenges. During this time, I explored different holistic practices that helped me improve my wellbeing on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Through this journey, I discovered the powerful connection between the mind, body, and soul.
What started as a personal path of healing gradually evolved into my life’s work.
For the past 13 years, my business has grown into a holistic wellness and training company where I support others on their own journey of growth and transformation. I offer accredited Reiki training (Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Master/Teacher), self-development workshops, mindset sessions, retreat days, and holistic treatments.
I am passionate about inspiring, empowering, and guiding others to reconnect with themselves and flourish from the inside out, whether working with individuals or groups, both in person and online.

REIKI 1
This is the beginning of a wonderful journey filled with learning and growth on many different levels. It is a 1 day course based very much on self healing. After completion of this course, you will be able to energetically move ki through the physical body and to give Reiki treatments to friends and family and be able to dowse over the major chakras to determine energetic wellbeing.

REIKI 2
To study Reiki 2, you must have completed Reiki 1, having been given the First Degree attunements. In Second Degree you learn absent healing. Where Reiki 1 healed the physical body, Reiki 2 primarily works on emotional and mental levels. It also places great emphasis on adjusting the etheric rather than the physical body. It stimulates the intuitive centre that is located at the pituitary gland- the body's "telepathic centre". It's also a major transformational process for those on an accelerated spiritual path.
Reiki 2 consists of information on 3 symbols and how to use them, healing karma, distant healing, non healing uses of the symbols and contact with spirit guides. It also includes and attunement which will initiate you into the 3 sacred Reiki symbols.

REIKI MASTER/TEACHER
Third Degree Reiki forms the highest or Master level and is the most exciting part of this wonderful healing system. The course is a total of 3 days spread over 2 sessions.
Originally Mastership was only for those dedicated to teaching Reiki; however more people are now interested in going beyond Second degree. They may be deeply spiritual and dedicated to Reiki and wish to have some of the advanced knowledge for their own personal growth and development, although they may never choose to teach. Third Degree also consists of the Master/Teacher symbols and how to use them. It includes an attunement and also the teaching degree where information is given on passing the attunements.

Payment - We respectfully ask that clients make payment via PayPal, sumup, bank transfer or cash either before or at the time of treatment, thank you. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for accredited Reiki courses and Retreat Days. Non payment will result in no treatment, no course, no workshop or retreat day. If paying online please use your name and use the treatment, course or retreat as reference.
